These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LawnEstimatorPro, a software product provided by All Service Media, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to or using LawnEstimatorPro (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.
We offer a 10-customer guarantee in the first month of subscription, subject to the following conditions:
The Service must be embedded on your website OR actively posted on at least one of your social media platforms.
You must have a verified and active Google Business Profile during the guarantee period.
Guarantee applies only to customers who actively use the software and follow the setup guidance provided by All Service Media.
Failure to meet the above conditions voids the guarantee.
If these conditions are met and you do not book at least 10 new customers in the first month, you may request a refund as outlined in Section
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 business days after the first 30-day guarantee period.
Refunds are limited to the first month’s subscription fee only.
No refunds will be issued after the first month except as required by law.
Setup fees, add-ons, and customization costs (if any) are non-refundable
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on plan).
You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds are provided.
By using LawnEstimatorPro, you agree:
Not to misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without written consent.
To provide accurate information when setting up your account.
To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your business operations.
We do not guarantee specific revenue amounts beyond the customer guarantee outlined above.
We are not responsible for technical issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., your website host, social media platform, or Google).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Service Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
